MOSCOW, October 2. /TASS/. Russia’s National Wealth Fund will be replenished in 2027-2029 with additional oil and gas revenues generated when projected receipts exceed the baseline level, according to the main guidelines for budget, tax, and customs tariff policy for 2027 and the planning period of 2028 and 2029, reviewed by TASS.

"In 2027-2029, as projected oil and gas revenues exceed the baseline level, additional oil and gas revenues will be generated and transferred to the National Wealth Fund," the document said.
