MOSCOW, September 30. /TASS/. The Russian government has extended its temporary ban on exports of certain fuel types by direct producers, the cabinet's press service announced.

"A decree has been signed extending the ban on exports of diesel, marine fuel, and gas oils by their direct manufacturers from Russian territory through October 31, 2026, inclusive," the statement said.

The decision aims to maintain stability in the domestic fuel market, particularly amid heightened demand for motor fuel during the autumn harvest season.

Russia’s comprehensive fuel export ban remains in place through January 31, 2027. However, the specific restriction targeting direct producers of diesel, marine fuel, and gas oils had previously been scheduled to expire on September 30, 2026.
