MOSCOW, September 25. /TASS/. Gasoline prices slightly edged down in conclusion of the trading week and the summer grade diesel fuel dropped by 3.3%, the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX) reported.

The AI-92 grade gasoline prices lost 0.64% on Friday to 69,552 rubles ($826.52) per metric ton and 0.67% over the week. The AI-95 grade gasoline prices edged up by 1.56% over the day to 71,403 rubles ($848.5) per metric ton but lost 0.02% over the week.

The summer diesel fuel prices slightly moved up on Friday to 66,857 rubles ($794.59) per metric ton (down 3.34% per week).

Fuel oil prices gained 18.44% over the week to 29,770 rubles ($353.8) per metric ton but lost 2.36% today. Liquefied petroleum gas prices fell by 2.14% over the week and by 4.26% today to 50,597 ($601.3) per metric ton.

The Russian government introduced on July 30 a temporary ban on exports of gasoline, diesel and other kinds of oil until January 31, 2027. The decision was made to maintain the stable situation in the domestic fuel market.
