MOSCOW, September 25. /TASS/. Tatneft boosted oil production by 6.7% in the first half of 2026 to 14.32 mln tons, while its gas output added 6.6% to 469 mln cubic meters, according to the company’s report.

Tatneft also produced 7.98 mln tons of petroleum products and 518,000 tons of gas products in the reporting period, which is 9.63% lower and 9% higher compared to the same period last year, respectively.

Tatneft is one of Russia’s ten largest oil companies in terms of production volume. The Republic of Tatarstan is the company’s main shareholder, holding 34% of ordinary shares. Around 3% is represented by treasury shares, while 13% is held in ADRs. Other shareholders own 50% of the company’s shares.
