Russia’s MOEX and RTS indices added 0.46% to 2,310.59 and 865.78 points, respectively, as the main trading session started on Wednesday, according to trading data as of 9:00 a.m. Moscow time (6:00 a.m. GMT). The yuan exchange rate against the ruble gained 2.7 kopecks compared to previous closing to 12.62 rubles.

By 9:20 a.m. Moscow time (6:20 a.m. GMT), the indices had narrowed gains to 0.39% reaching 2,309.08 and 865.29 points, respectively. Meanwhile the yuan exchange rate was up by 1.2 kopecks at 12.61 rubles.

The MOEX Index with additional IMOEX2 ticker grew by 0.41% as morning trading session started on the Moscow Exchange as of 7:00 a.m. Moscow time (4:00 a.m. GMT) to 2,309.54 points.
