NEW DELHI, September 11. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin noted strong trade turnover figures between Russia and South Africa.

The head of state arrived in India on Friday for a three-day working visit. He held a meeting with South African leader Cyril Ramaphosa on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in India.

"Trade turnover is growing, albeit not at a galloping pace, and remains at a good level," Putin said during the meeting.
