OMSK, August 10. /TASS/. The Omsk arbitration court has appointed an interim manager for Vito company, Russia’s sole producer of glass noodles, according to a ruling published in the court’s case records. Holding firm Pallet-Omsk filed for bankruptcy due to a debt of 2.3 mln rubles ($28,000).

"Vladislav A. Andreev, a member of the self-regulatory interregional public organization Association of anti-crisis managers, is to be appointed as the interim manager of Vito Limited Liability Company," the document reads.

The company will be under Andreev's supervision for four months. The next court hearing is scheduled for December 8, at which the interim manager will present a report on activities and a conclusion regarding the enterprise’s financial condition.

In August 2025, TASS reported that Vito, which at the time was producing 150 tons of glass noodles and around 240 tons of Pan-Asian noodles per month, planned to increase its output by 150 tons annually. Vito’s products accounted for 20-25% of the Russian market, with the remainder of similar products imported from abroad.
