MOSCOW, August 6. /TASS/. The merged Wildberries and Russ company (RWB) has begun generating automated certificates for sellers whose goods were stored at the company's drone-damaged warehouses to facilitate their access to support measures, Anna Averina, Director of Customer Experience and Service at RWB, announced on the RBC TV channel.

"We understand perfectly well that our entrepreneurs and sellers require an official certificate to submit to various government agencies. That is why we have already begun automatically generating this document, which will be uploaded to the personal account of each affected seller and can be used to approach both regional authorities and banking institutions. This certificate will confirm that the seller's goods were stored at the affected warehouses, serving as a baseline to initiate discussions on support measures," she said.

The company representative clarified that the certificate will include the seller's identification number (ID), tax identification number (TIN), and details confirming that the goods were stored at the facilities damaged as a result of terrorist actions. "I believe that the majority of sellers will receive these certificates within the next few days," she concluded.
