MOSCOW, July 27. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar exchange rate for July 28, 2026, at 78.0172 rubles, down 1.36 kopecks from the previous rate.

The official euro exchange rate was lowered by 13.25 kopecks to 88.7602 rubles.

The official yuan exchange rate was raised by 1.93 kopecks to 11.5218 rubles.
