Leasing Company completes contracting civilian drones under 2026 state procurement program

GTLK noted that the equipment will be delivered to 48 Russian regions

MOSCOW, July 3. /TASS/. State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) has completed contracting for civilian drones under the 2026 State Civil Procurement Program, the company said.

"GTLK (part of the VEB.RF Group) has signed contracts with customers for the full volume of drones envisaged under the 2026 State Civil Procurement Program as part of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems national project, with the support of the Russian Industry and Trade Ministry. Since the end of May, the company has contracted the supply of 342 drones of various types worth 966 mln rubles for 10 government customers representing six federal executive agencies - the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography; the Federal Agency for Water Resources; the Federal Agency for Fishery; the Federal Air Transport Agency; the Russian Emergencies Ministry; and the Russian National Guard," the statement said.

The company noted that the equipment will be delivered to 48 Russian regions. The next stage of implementing the state procurement program will be signing supply contracts with seven manufacturers of unmanned aircraft systems.

GTLK has been the sole supplier of unmanned aircraft systems and the qualified contractor under the State Civil Procurement Program since the program's launch in 2024. In 2024-2025, the company delivered about 3,200 unmanned aircraft systems worth more than 7.5 bln rubles ($97.02 mln) in total.
