MOSCOW June 16. /TASS/. The real effective ruble rate against currencies of Russian key partners adjusted by inflation gained 4.8% month on month in May 2026, the Central Bank said.

The rate increased by 6,8% year to date. The real effective ruble rate surged by 4.9% against the dollar in May and by 7.3% year to date. The rate against the euro ticked up by 4.6% monthly and 7.6% from the year start in May 2026.
