As of 11:22 a.m. Moscow time (8:22 a.m. GMT), Brent was down 4.89%, trading at $85.96 per barrel.

By 11:27 a.m. Moscow time (8:27 a.m. GMT), the price pared some losses, moving to $86.27 per barrel, down 4.55%.
