MOSCOW, May 26. /TASS/. Wildberries and Russ (RWB) and Bank VTB plans to enter into a strategic partnership agreement, the RWB press service told TASS.

"The RWB Group and VTB plan to conclude the strategic partnership agreement," the press service said. "As a result of the agreement, VTB will acquire a 5% stake in WB Bank with a potential option of increasing the participation interest in the bank," it noted.

WB Bank will get access to VTB infrastructure - retail offices, the ATM chain, investment and other products, RWB said.
