MOSCOW, May 19. /TASS/. Russia has started flight tests of a fifth-generation Su-57 two-seater fighter jet prototype, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said.

"Flying tests of a fifth-generation Su-57 two-seater fighter jet prototype have kicked off. Along with unique combat characteristics, this jet that was developed by our aircraft builders will also be used as a trainer aircraft and a tactical control aircraft," he said.
