MOSCOW, May 16. /TASS/. Rosatom has begun developing plans to increase the number of Russian personnel for the construction of Unit 2 of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, although it considers the return of Russians to the site premature, Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev told reporters.

"We have started developing plans to increase our numbers. At the same time, we have to take into account the military situation. Last week, Iran and the United States exchanged further blows, and today the American press has again published reports about a possible resumption of the conflict. We have no right to decide on the return of personnel to the site in full until the situation is clarified," Likhachev said.
