WASHINGTON, May 15. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump announced that China could place the largest-ever order for Boeing aircraft if the first 200 aircraft are delivered successfully.

"President Xi is an incredible guy. We got along, made a lot of great trade deals including [delivery of] over 200 planes from Boeing with a promise of 750 planes, which will be by far the largest order ever, if they (Boeing - TASS) do a good job with the 200, which I’m sure they will," Trump told reporters on board his plane.

According to the US President, the deal also implies the supply of General Electric engines.

"They are also buying General Electric [engines]. So, it’s approximately 400-450 engines, 200 planes and a promise of up to 750, if they do a good job," he added.
