Russia’s oil exports fall to 7.03 mln bpd in April, revenues rise to $19.18 bln — IEA

Revenue from oil exports in April amounted to $12.94 bln

MOSCOW, May 13. /TASS/. Russia’s exports of oil and petroleum products in April 2026 fell by 1.26% compared with March to 7.03 mln barrels per day (bpd), according to materials from the International Energy Agency. Export revenues rose by 0.58% to $19.18 bln amid higher global oil prices.

Oil supplies in April increased by 250,000 bpd, while petroleum product supplies fell by 340,000 bpd.

Revenue from oil exports in April amounted to $12.94 bln ($1.53 bln more than in March), while revenue from petroleum product exports totaled $6.24 bln (down by $1.42 bln).

Compared with April last year, Russia’s oil export revenues increased by $6.28 bln.

In addition, the report notes that the price of Russian Urals crude FOB Primorsk surged to $96.42 per barrel (up $20.92 per barrel compared with March), while the price of Russia’s ESPO crude shipped from the Far Eastern port of Kozmino rose by $7.13 per barrel to $92.46 per barrel. At the same time, the price of Urals FOB Primorsk exceeded the price of ESPO for the first time. According to the IEA, the discount for Urals FOB Primorsk narrowed to $23.94 per barrel.
