MOSCOW, May 6. /TASS/. Gazprom Neft is not holding talks on the sale of its stake in Serbian NIS with any other companies except MOL, the Russian oil producer told TASS.

"Gazprom Neft is at the active stage of preparing the transaction on the sale of its stake in NIS to Hungarian company MOL. Required corporate and regulatory procedures are being implemented now," the company said.

"The company is not holding any other negotiations on this matter," the Russian oil producer added.
