MOSCOW, May 5. /TASS/. The gross domestic product (GDP) of Ukraine dropped by 0.7% as compared to the start of this year as of the end of the first quarter, the state statistical agency of the country said.

The decline in annual terms totaled 0.5%, the agency said on Facebook (banned in Russia, owned by Meta recognized as extremist in Russia).

Ukraine is experiencing a systemic production decline since 2022.
