As of 03:13 a.m. Moscow time (12:13 a.m. GMT), the price of Brent rose by 1.81% to $103.75 per barrel.
By 03:23 a.m. Moscow time (12:23 a.m. GMT), the growth slowed down to $103.07 per barrel (+1.14%).
