CAIRO, April 17. /TASS/. An oil tanker arrived in the port of Basrah in South Iraq for the first time since late February, Shafaq News web portal said.

According to a news portal’s source, the tanker is expected to take two million barrels of oil on board and sail to India. The source did not detail the flag of the ship.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said earlier that the Strait of Hormuz is now open for commercial ships after the ceasefire in Lebanon.
