Russia has a huge number of requests for energy supplies from alternative consumers, with negotiations underway, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters when asked whether alternative supply routes the head of state proposed at a meeting on the oil market situation had been established.

"There is a huge number of requests to purchase our energy resources from alternative sources. We are negotiating in a manner that suits our interests," he said.
