MOSCOW, April 2. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Al Saud, Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Council of Ministers, stressed importance of efforts to stabilize the oil market that take place in the OPEC+ format, the Kremlin said after their phone call.

"It was stated that problems with production and transportation of energy resources occurred in consequence of the crisis adversely affect global energy security," the Kremlin said.

"In this connection, importance was underscored for the joint work performed with participation of Russia and Saudi Arabia in the OPEC+ format for stabilization of the global oil market," the Kremlin added.
