MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate on Forex fell below 82 rubles for the first time since March 17, 2026, according to ICE data.

As of 12:16 p.m. Moscow time (09:16 a.m. GMT), the dollar had fallen 1.37% to 81.98 rubles. The euro had lost 1.54% to 94.686 rubles, falling below 95 rubles for the first time since March 18.

Meanwhile, on the Russian interbank market, the dollar fell 1.3% to 82.15 rubles, and the euro fell 1.49% to 94.67 rubles.
