MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. Russian coal exports gained 7% year on year in 2025 to 211 mln metric tons, Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov said in an interview with Rossiya-24 television.

"Compared to 2024, coal exports grew by 7% in 2025 and totaled 211 mln tons," the minister said.

Russian coal exports surged by 5.5% annually to 157 mln metric tons, Deputy Energy Minister Dmitry Islamov said earlier.
