MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar exchange rate for February 20, 2026, at 76.6405 rubles, 48.81 kopecks higher than the previous rate.
The official euro exchange rate was lowered by 10.14 kopecks to 90.1669 rubles.
The official yuan exchange rate was raised by 6.1 kopecks to 11.0747 rubles.
