MOSCOW, February 12. /TASS/. Global oil demand will grow by 849,000 barrels per day (bpd) in 2026, International Energy Agency (IEA) reported.

In January, the agency projected growth of demand by 932,000 bpd this year, which brings the decrease in the outlook to 83,000 bpd.

According to the agency, global oil demand amounted to 104.022 mbd last year. In 2026, global demand is expected to reach 104.872 mbd.
