MOSCOW, February 10. /TASS/. Debts of Telegram messenger on fines for violations of Russian laws not paid in due time are over 29.6 mln rubles ($383,000), law enforcement authorities told TASS.

"The debts of Telegram messenger are over 29.6 mln rubles now. These are mainly fines due to violations of Russian laws," a spokesperson said.

According to court and other papers seen by TASS, 21 enforcement proceedings were opened against the messenger.
