BRUSSELS, February 4. /TASS/. EU ambassadors agreed upon the mechanism of providing 90 bln financing for Ukraine using the European loan, Reuters reported, citing its sources in Brussels.
"European Union ambassadors on Wednesday approved details of a 90 billion euro loan for Ukraine," the news agency said.
"The ambassadors reached the agreement at a closed-door meeting in Brussels," Reuters added.
