NEW YORK, February 3. /TASS/. SpaceX has acquired Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence firm, xAI.

"SpaceX has acquired xAI," a SpaceX press release stated.

The release noted that AI development requires significant electricity, and Earth lacks the resources to meet this demand without environmental harm. The merger will eventually allow placing AI data centers in space, powered by solar energy.
