PARIS, January 28. /TASS/. France is working on new anti-Russian sanctions at the European level, President Emmanuel Macron said on the X.

"France is going to ratchet up the pressure on Russia for so long as it evades peace. We are working on new sanctions at the European level," Macron wrote.

France also intends to continue countering the so-called "shadow fleet," the French president added.
