MOSCOW, December 20. /TASS/. Kiev and Lisbon have signed a joint statement on establishing partnership for the production of surface drones, Vladimir Zelensky said.

"Today, we have a joint Ukrainian-Portuguese statement on establishing partnership for the production of uncrewed seaborne vehicles. We signed it with the Portuguese prime minister [Luis Montenegro], who is on his first visit to Ukraine," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
