MOSCOW, December 14. /TASS/. Restrictions on the release of aircraft have been introduced at St Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport, the Federal Air Transport Agency said.

"Temporary restrictions were introduced on the departure of aircraft. The airport continues to receive aircraft. Restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety," it said in a statement.
