MOSCOW, December 3. /TASS/. The shortfall in Russia’s additional oil and gas federal budget revenues may reach 137.6 bln rubles ($1.7 bln) in December 2025, the Finance Ministry reported.

"The expected volume of additional oil and gas revenues to the federal budget in December 2025 is projected to be minus 137.6 bln rubles," according to the report.

In November, the shortfall in additional oil and gas budget revenues reached 48 bln rubles ($590 mln).
