MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. The euro rate in the Russian interbank market plunged below 90 rubles for the first time since July 10 of this year, according to trading data.

The euro lost 1.26% to 89.89 rubles. The European currency declined by 1.38% at the same time to 89.81 rubles on Forex.

The dollar lost 0.58% to 78.54 rubles at the same time.
