MOSCOW, November 20. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate at 80.7321 rubles for November 21, down 21 kopecks against the previous indicator.

The official euro rate was lowered by 1.18 rubles to 92.6047 rubles. The official yuan rate is fixed at 11.2795 rubles, down six kopecks.

The Central Bank said earlier it would fix official dollar and euro rates against the ruble on the basis of reports of banks on results of transactions in the over-the-counter currency market.
