MOSCOW, November 20. /TASS/. The Board of Directors of the Russian oil producer Lukoil will consider recommendations on the size of dividends for nine months of 2025, the company said in its statement on the information disclosure website.

The company canceled earlier its Board meeting scheduled for October 23, where the 9-month dividend item was expected to be discussed.

Earlier this year, the US blacklisted Russian oil producers Rosneft, Lukoil and their subsidiaries.
