MOSCOW, November 19. /TASS/. Russia has fully compensated excess oil production within the OPEC+ framework, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.

"We have completed compensations. We will target only quotas now," the deputy prime minister said.

Russia may reach complete performance of its oil production quota during several coming months, Novak added.
