Russia’s grain harvest reaches 130 mln tons since beginning of 2025 — Agriculture Minister

According to Oksana Lut, there is still 10% of the area left to harvest

MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. The grain harvest since the start of 2025 has reached 130 mln tons in bunker weight, with crops still to be gathered from 10% of the area, Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut said.

"This year, we have harvested almost 90% of the grain area. As of today, we have collected 130 mln tons. Naturally, this is still gross - we still have 10% of the area left to harvest," Lut said.

She also noted that the ministry maintains its forecast for the 2025 grain harvest at 135 mln tons.

Earlier, the ninister reported that the grain harvest in Russia by the end of 2025 is expected to reach 135 mln tons, including 90 mln tons of wheat.
