SOCHI, October 7. /TASS/. Power consumption in Russia lost 0.8% from the start of this year, CEO of the System Operator company Fyodor Opadchiy told TASS on the sidelines of the All-Russian Tariff Conference.

"The decline is 0.8% at present," the chief executive said.

The System Operator forecasts that power consumption will stay flat in annual terms in Russia this year, Opadchiy told TASS earlier.
