Russian finance ministry would like to see 2-3 IPOs of state-owned companies in 2026

The exact list of issuers will be determined by the government, Deputy Minister Ivan Chebeskov noted

MOSCOW, September 29. /TASS/. The Russian Finance Ministry expects at least 2-3 IPOs and SPOs of companies with state participation in 2026, Deputy Minister Ivan Chebeskov told a forum.

"Next year it would be nice to have at least 2-3 companies," he said when speaking about placement of shares of state-owned companies.

The exact list of issuers will be determined by the government, the official noted, adding that the ministry is prepared for placements in various sectors.
