MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. A number of American corporations are ready to resume operations in the Russian market, and Russia is not opposing it, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with RBC radio, commenting on claims that ExxonMobil may return to Russia.

"Believe me, this is not the only corporation interested in reincarnating its presence in the Russian market," he said.

He agrees with the opinion that everyone is waiting for the go-ahead.

"We are ready. And we have repeatedly said this, and President [Vladimir] Putin has spoken about this, and Prime Minister [Mikhail] Mishustin has spoken about this. Our position is well known," Peskov stressed.
