MOSCOW, September 3. /TASS/. The shortfall in Russia’s additional oil and gas federal budget revenues may reach 21 bln rubles ($259 mln) in September 2025, the Finance Ministry reported.

"The volume of additional oil and gas revenues of the federal budget is projected at -21 bln rubles in September 2025," the report said.

In August, the shortfall in additional oil and gas budget revenues totaled 10.5 bln rubles.
