RTS Index surging after official rates released by Bank of Russia

The RTS Index accelerated to 1,110.75 points, the MOEX Russia Index was traded at 2,747.83 points
MOSCOW, July 8. /TASS/. The RTS Index gained 0.5% to 1,108.54 points after the Bank of Russia had posted official rates, according to market data.
The regulator sets the rates at 78.17 rubles for the dollar, 91.97 rubles for the euro and 10.86 rubles for the yuan.
The RTS Index accelerated to 1,110.75 points later, up 0.71%. The MOEX Russia Index was traded at 2,747.83 points, down 0.1%.
