MOSCOW, June 2. /TASS/. The price of gold futures with August rose above $3,400 per troy ounce for the first time since May 8, 2025, on the Comex exchange (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange).

As of 16:54 Moscow time, the price of the precious metal grew by 2.03% and amounted to $3,400.1 per troy ounce.

By 17:09 Moscow time, the price of gold slowed down its growth to $3,395.6 per ounce (+1.89%).
