MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. Foreign sanctions against Russia’s energy sector failed to hit their targets, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said, adding that Moscow retained its influence on the global market.

"Foreign sanctions failed to hit the targets of their authors in the energy sector as well. Russia retained its influence on the global market in this sector," he said addressing the State Duma (lower house of the parliament).
