MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. The yuan rate against the ruble fell below 11.5 rubles for the first time since June 28, 2024, according to the Moscow Exchange.

The yuan lost 30.8 kopecks to 11.493 rubles. The Chinese currency declined later to 11.473 rubles, down 32.8 kopecks.

In the meantime, Russian stock indices are in the green. The MOEX Russia Index edges up by 1.54% to 3,244.25 points. The RTS Index adds 1.54% also to 1,194.36 points.
