NEW YORK, February 25. /TASS/. Ukraine’s cabinet on February 26 will recommend that the minerals deal with the United States be signed, Bloomberg said, citing sources.

Earlier in the day, the Financial Times reported that Ukraine has agreed terms with the US of an agreement on jointly exploring resources after the US side dropped demands that Ukraine set up a $500 billion fund that would compensate the US for its assistance.

According to the Bloomberg sources, details of the deal are expected to be finalized later.
