MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. The price of futures contracts of Brent crude oil for April 2025 delivery has dropped below $74 per barrel on London's ICE for the first time since December 31, 2024, according to trading data.

As of 6:00 p.m. Moscow time (3:00 p.m. GMT), the Brent price was down 1.06% at $73.99 per barrel.

By 6:20 p.m. Moscow time (3:20 p.m. GMT), the price of Brent futures contracts had extended losses to 2.05% reaching $73.25 per barrel. Meanwhile, the price of futures contracts of WTI crude oil for April delivery was down by 2.16% at $69.17 per barrel.
