MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. The problem of mutual settlements between Russia and India has been solved for the time being and it is important to pay attention to development of payment mechanisms for individuals, Russian trade representative in India Alexander Rybas said.
"As regards the problem of payments, this problem has been actually settled at present," Rybas said. "Attention should nevertheless be paid to settlement mechanisms for individuals," the trade representative noted.
